Chasten became involved with Friends Life Community in August of 2020 when she came on board to work as an Empowerment Specialist. She is now completing her Masters in Social Work and has returned to FLC as an intern working within the Coaching Program.

Chasten’s background ranges from disability services, interpersonal violence services, trauma treatment, LGBTQ+ advocacy, and all the intersections within these areas. Chasten is dedicated to promoting equity, inclusion, and care in all aspects of her life and work.

In her free time, Chasten loves reading, spending time with her partner and dogs outdoors, and photography.
