Sarah is FLC’s performing arts specialist and Registered Drama Therapist (RDT). With Master’s level credentials in psychology and drama therapy, she uses film, songwriting, dance, theater, music, poetry, and sand tray therapy to help clients reach breakthroughs in self-confidence and self-expression.
