Treat Truck Season will begin at our Egg Hunt on March 21! Emme Teller, Special Events Coordinator, and Brian C., Treat Truck Ambassador, answered some exciting questions about this upcoming season.
Brian, tell me about the Treat Truck what do you do?
"We give ice cream to our customers- I am a hard worker and stay focused."
Who do you meet, Brian?
"Emme and my coworkers , but also the customers. We go to businesses , and events."
And what do you tell them?
"I welcome them to the the Treat Truck and say this is from Friends Life Community and we have an amazing day program and talk about my classes!"
What is your favorite ice cream?
"My favorite is the fudge bar because I have celiac disease."
Emme, how is the Treat Truck a business?
"The Treat Truck is a bookable experience for any event or party. We come to your event and hand out delicious treats while spreading joy from our community to yours!"
What are you trying to accomplish?
"Our main goal is spreading joy, one treat at a time. Friends Life is a place of acceptance, belonging, and community; all of these things foster natural and unbridled joy, and we want to share that with Nashville!"
What is your highlight from the past two seasons, Emme?
"It is truly hard to pick a highlight, but if I had to pick one it would be when we got to serve at Treat Truck Ambassador Brian's friends wedding. It was so special and sweet!"
What is the biggest event from the past two seasons?
"The biggest event we have done (and another one of my favorites) is when we set up for the Highwood Properties' annual fire drill!"
What are your goals for the 2026 season?
"I may sound like a broken record, but our goal is to reach as many people as possible to spread joy and community. We want to be a beacon of Friends Life's community and culture."
