Taco

Kristianna is a mark maker. Her signature wisps remind the viewer of the wind or rays of sunlight or ripples in a pool of water as they ebb and flow. Her favorite color is orange and her marks layer like the downy feathers of a bird, expanded out as the breadth of a feather comforter carried on a light breeze as it dries on a clothesline in the sunshine. Kristianna is a focused and methodical artist, considering the full space of the page, and even both sides of the paper, when she makes her drawings.
