In her role as the Service Learning & Employment Manager, Patsy oversees our career and job coaching program, providing new opportunities to Friends on their career journeys, and connecting with community partners in the greater Nashville area to increase the pool of opportunities for Friends to work and volunteer. She also coaches employment skills to increase the employment rate of the Friends.

Patsy Webb joined Friends Life Community in 2017 and holds a master’s degree in Special Education from the University of Iowa. She brings more than 30 years of experience teaching and coaching students and adults in the IDD community.

Patsy’s experience spans public school and church settings. Her passion includes seeing every individual work, live, and play in her/his community while enjoying a full, independent life.
