Audria joined Friends Life Community in 2022 as the Chief Operating Officer. She holds a master’s degree from Auburn University in Rehabilitation Services with an emphasis in both rehabilitation counseling and vocational evaluation. She also holds a doctoral-level certificate in Rehabilitation Leadership and Management, and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and Certified Vocational Evaluator.

Audria has spent most of her professional career overseeing the operations of various programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Some of her most significant accomplishments include building one of the top supported employment programs in the state, working with teams to transform all levels of operation into a person-centered, employment-first, and technology-first organizations, and using her knowledge to strengthen the financial position of all operations within nonprofits.

Audria is excited to bring both her educational background and earlier experience to FLC to support an incredible agency as it continues to thrive and grow.
