Delaney works with the Friends both one-on-one through job coaching and training and by leading classes in social, life, and employment skills. She loves watching the Friends grow in new skills and assisting them with achieving their goals. Delaney fell in love with Friends Life Community by visiting when her mother was on staff with FLC. She saw the fun, creative, and supportive environment that the staff provide for the Friends each day and knew she wanted to be a part of it too.

Delaney graduated from MTSU with a bachelor’s degree in Music Industry and a minor in History. She enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their two dogs and cat. In her free time, she loves photography, yoga, hiking, and cooking.
