As one of FLC’s Client Success Coordinators, Jessica leads classes in Life Skills and provides one-on-one skills coaching with the Friends. She coordinates tools and resources necessary for the Friends to meet their goals, and trains and supports community partners and volunteers on successful inclusion practices.

Jessica joined the Friends Life Community in November 2019. Originally from East Tennessee, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Tennessee Technological University and has lived in Nashville for the past three years.

Jessica fell in love with working with individuals with IDDs through being a team leader and mentor for a fellow co-worker from Lipscomb’s IDEAL Program. She hopes to further her education with a master’s degree in Special Education or Speech Language Pathology. Jessica is so thankful to be a part of such a wonderful organization that empowers the friends to grow and succeed in a creative environment!
